every os lags, be it android, ios, wp, etc... saying that your os is completely lag free is nothing more than a lie, in the first place lag comes from the fact that your phone is trying to do much more than it can at a time, try to have your phone do a heavy task and rapidly switch to something else, and you will notice lag, this is nothing more a delay in transition, but it doesn't make your phone unusable. People are so sensitive these days its as if they didn't come from slow dumb phones...

Google, first, needs to redo the coding behind Android so it could be lag and bugs free. Then I would agree, Android can prove itself to be worthy for a computer.
Saying Windows lags or crashes is pretty much obvious. Windows crash and lag because of it's own users doing some unusual stuff with the registries and system32 files.
Crash and freeze of a full version of Windows running in a computer is completely opposite to the lag and shutter present currently in Android. Do some reasonable comparison sir.

i thought snapdragon 400 chip is with dual core kraits and adreno 305 gpu... the one inside Xperia L and Samsung galaxy s4 mini

That would be a nice edition for Windows Phone specially for it's main user Nokia.
Furthermore, how many people are familiar with mobile-tech? How many people are interested in the chips used in the mobile etc. Majority of the users will only go with, "Oh! its quad-core. I will buy it", without inquiring what chips are being used inside it. They don't have any concern with what is inside, even though, most of them don't even know what Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, 600, 800 are. So it would be great addition for Windows Phone.

Man, you said you are not a fan boy but a satisfied customer. From your posts, even an illiterate would assume you are an extreme fanboy or paid to post. I mean this is obvious. "Lag is a lie since Gingerbread" is a pretty much obvious lie itself. Not about haters, fanboys but even every Android user knows Android does lag even with higher specs. The ratio of lag from previous Android versions is although low but saying it's been killed shows your being a troll now.
Like you said, wait for Android 5. Why are you repeating the same thing over and over in every Windows phone article? According to you, Lag is a lie right? So why are you saying to wait for 5.0? Once, I am assuming, you know Android even with Jelly bean have lag and because of being arrogant, you are denying your own sayings. Therefore, if anyone want to argue with him, keep in mind he will repeat the same thing over and over.

So as compared to this the highend will be better. Samsung's octa core is fail. The tests have shown that its not better than any other quad core in the market. I give advantage to for Tegra 4+1. But that also will be covered soon.
Remove the Project Butter, and Android stutters. WP on other hand doesn't need a separate project just to make the UI smooth and it can do that without the need of quads and gigs. Android 5 is not gonna do anything wonders and hence Google didn't release it in this I/O.
