you have to suffer, 15 Feb 2024if it has 4gb physical ram, then 12gb is the virtual ram. i... moreI've tested a Vivo Y11 (2019, that was the first model Vivo started the virtual RAM norm) a Galaxy A04s, a Galaxy A05s a Realme C33 and a Vivo Y16, and most of them are comparatively slower than the Nokia 2.3 I've tested, with animations completely disabled and virtual RAM enabled.

Considering that most of the modern low ends with virtual RAM use eMMCs, they become comparable to a Galaxy J1, even under normal use cases. The great marketing doesn't help them to become good performing phones in real life usage, where it's a scam is disguise

Mills, 13 Feb 2024First off. That 16GB of RAM moniker is all baloney. Only 8G... moreIt's likely 4GB RAM, with an eMMC, similar to Vivo, ZTE and Samsung/Wingtech low ends

First off. That 16GB of RAM moniker is all baloney. Only 8GB of it is physical or real. The other 8 is just virtual RAM, a useless gimmick. Secondly, it's only the best memory if it has UFS 2.2, not cheaped out eMMC 5.1.

i don't like how companies advertises virtual ram as real ram. They are deliberately misleading people with this marketing gimmick especially non techy ones.

i mean if you can have 8gb of virtual ram, whats stopping you from 12gb? 16gb? especially with the microsd? you can use all the onboard storage as ram and only use the sd for everything else
