It was about time.

So most fragile model. Roger that. Tiny battery too.

goenjoe, 22 Feb 2024Still the most inferior foldable there is. Samsung have gre... moreThe Open's camera hardware is "better", but hardware is only part of the equation. People just give the win to One Plus, but the actual image results (if that matters) between the two are a toss up in all of the comparisons I've seen and the Z5 has beaten the Open in multiple camera comparisons. The only area where One Plus handily beats the Z is the zoom and maybe on moving objects which seems to be a problem even for Samsung's flagships.

Show me differently. I know you're probably going to reference MKBHD's blind camera test, but that is a bracket system. Any phone could get knocked out of that system. Show me head to head tests between foldables that proves the One Plus has better results in every scenario against the Z.

Do you know Samsung is the ONLY company selling phones in China with default 3 navigation buttons instead of gestures?:) People in China go test these phones and are like "wow that's some old stuff".

potato4k, 22 Feb 2024Nice. Okay, I think it's time to be on board with fold... moreI still don't see the point of foldables.
I use my phone to look things up quickly or to message, using one hand, and as a camera. But for reading or anything else, I use a large screen. A folded small tablet is just not worth the compromises.

Still the most inferior foldable there is. Samsung have great hardware but.... only available on their S Ultra series. Oneplus Open share the same camera with Oneplus 12 and it was the Open that comes first.

Guess what? Samsung is gonna advertise the wider screen as 'innovation' like they do gapless hinge on Fold 5. They would happily put the janky useless small screen on the outside for 10 more years but alas competitions are coming so sadly they have to 'innovate' 😢

No wonder apple gone up 25% smartphone shares in the korea

Nice. Okay, I think it's time to be on board with foldables this time around.
