                Waste of time HMD even turning up I think people were under the impression the fist HMD branded phone was going to be on display and we could actually see what they have been working on. But this is just a joke!

                  Ah yes, a release date for a release date. HMD is killing their own brand lol. We don't want toys, we want actual hardware. That new Nokia phone will probably have enough hardware power to lag after opening any game like Clash of Clans. They should be competing with Transission, Lava and Tecno, not doing their own thing

                    Nokia branded 2G and 3G feature phones at the price of low end smart phones which nobody will buy. HMD branded 4G and 5G phones with outdated specifications including outdated Android 13 OS pre-installed and premium price tag which will get only 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of security updates. Everybody knows what happened with Microsoft when they ditched Nokia brand name and started using their own brand name. Nokia fans were buying these phones with outdated specifications and premium price tag only for Nokia brand name. Not sure, who will buy these phones with outdated specifications and premium price tag with HMD logo?

                            It essentially seems to be a dev toolkit for the creation of external cases they are calling 'smart outfits' which connect using pogo pins. Some examples they have provided include: "a fashionable outfit, an outfit with an extended battery, a payment terminal, barcode scanners, or even portable, connected medical equipment."

                                  HMD has become a complete joke. You're present in a big event like MWC expected to bring new phones and yet you announced a future unveiling in July?! How long are you gonna make people wait? And that long wait will only result to disappointment.

                                    Not bad for attracting buyers, but if they don't send this phone to YouTubers, no one will know about this... Most people will definitely watch YouTube first before buying.

                                      So they just want to continue being as generic as possible, got it, because I can't really think of anything more generic than Mattel, and especially Barbie branded electronics. These type of licensed products are never any good, but in the hands of HMD they might even end up worse than usual.
