Wow maxed out specs.. Galaxy Tab Killer?

Anonymous, 29 Feb 2024If you only follow trends you will always be behind So you still own the original VR setup? Why are you even using a smartphone, when Nokia 3310 is more you? Smartphones are the new trend. 3d is dead, and you will never change that fact. Neither will these new outdated gadgets. But ok, at least they have you as buyer.

I miss 3D. I'm the type of person who doesn't care that I have to use an extra gadget to have a fun experience. I loved Gear VR as well. Hate how companies have to diminish themselves and their innovation to accomodate lazy average customers.

Anonymous, 29 Feb 2024I use it on my tvSome shy people can't afford new TV. So yeah, at least you still have a TV from 2016. That doesn't even get updated or bug fixed anymore. Good for you.

If it makes it big there, others will jump into the bandwagon. Why treat having multiple choices as bad? Paying more for less is an even worse behavior.

mawlki, 28 Feb 2024Agreed. Most people are annoyed by these effects, so it com... moreA lot of people cannot stand playing games where you can freely control the camera position (COD, Tomb Raider, Horizon, Assassin Creed, the list goes on), saying those games make them dizzy.
Most games provides camera settings so sensitive people feel less dizzy when playing. The effect still there, just reduced. Why those games still exist then?
VR is advanced form of 3D. Why is it booming lately then?

Nubia Pad 3D is literally the only product line in the world of this type, and this new one is still much better than previous one (at least on paper). Any advancement in technology still a win for everyone. Just let them be. No one force anyone to buy anything.

This is innovation, I fully support this!!

Darth Caesium, 28 Feb 2024To be fair, 3D TV stopped existing just as the technology g... moreThe screen just got deeper, instead of reaching out of the screen. Almost no movies supported real 3d effects anyway. I played with the 3d phones before, both without glasses and needing glasses. Most people got headaches and dizzy from the glass free 3d phones. They should keep working on the holographic technology instead of the dead 3d.

I just wish there are lots of tablets or maybe smartphones that can offer the capability of turning everything on the screen display into 3D. The 3D immersiveness plus the AI features coming with it is really something to look up to, so i'm on the look out for these 3D smart devices that are sure to come in the upcoming years.

Zendroid, 28 Feb 2024Dead technology. Why even try? Even TV stopped making 3d. Agreed. Most people are annoyed by these effects, so it completely failed. These Chinese just try to get an extra coin from some unsuspecting people and run this again.

Zendroid, 28 Feb 2024Dead technology. Why even try? Even TV stopped making 3d. To be fair, 3D TV stopped existing just as the technology got good. I'm not saying let's bring back 3D TV, but 3D display tech is cool nonetheless. It's just that for movies, it was a solution looking for a problem, since converting existing stuff to 3D looks garbage, and to make it look good requires special stereoscopic cameras to record it with that are extremely expensive and 3D recordings are harder to edit and add special effects onto.
