12 March 2024
It looks like this year we'll have two F-series devices again, just like in 2023.

Amd I love these confusing naming so more consumers will get parted with their money and continue to prop up the never ending hamster wheel of smartphone releases.

Wow turbo edition 🙄 bet those people who're planning to buy one feeling so proud with the "Turbo" 🤦🏻‍♂️ ohh wait, it's just rebranded from the same company phone lines up. How original 🤦🏻‍♂️

They used to call it T up to the Redmi Note 11t pro but then changed the came to Turbo with the Redmi Note 12 turbo. Whatever the t used to stand for this model was always their more performance focused but less camera focused model in the Redmi note series. Hopefully this year they might give it a better main camera sensor at least like the OV50E in the k series.

Poco F5 uses SD 7+ Gen 2, so it'd be a huge risk for Xiaomi to jump to SD 8 series for F6. 8 Gen 2 for F6 Pro should be a nice upgrade.

Has the Redmi Note 13 Turbo not been released yet? There's no GSMA page for it.

The F5 was let down by its camera. I hope the F6 improves upon that.

If F6 Pro has 8g2, then obviously F6 does not have stronger 8sg3.
Would make more sense to give 7g3 and 7+g3 to them.
