        Demand more. Of course having "updates" on the first 3 months would be better than getting them later, but we should be getting a complete product and not something that needs 3 months of updates to perform in its intented way. W've gone from 0 day patches to the point where anybody can release a half baked product or service and "update" it along the line.

        That's where my problem lies. I do believe the camera on the S24 should have been "updated" from the get go. At this point with how rushed everything is i doubt something like that is applicable and i admire samsung for their swift updates and extended support that they have shown lately. That's all. This means that you prefer updates to release later than 3 months later instead of releasing in about 3 months, which is nonsensical. So you want a "complete" product on day one, and you don't like it that updates are released in about 3 months after the release date, but you are okay if updates are released later than 3 months later. You're a confused person and don't make any sense.

            Shooting close-up with super-wide or ultra-wide has always been a mostly bad idea because mostly of HEAVY distortion. And a ton of other optical problems. You can try it will a full-frame professional digital camera too, same thing.

            However if Samsung could re-introduce a variable aperture on main lens it could certainly help with some of the problems. Today only a few phones on the market have variable aperture (Xiaomi, Sony). So it's probably not coming along soon...

That's nonsensical. Of course, day one is better than 3 months later. And 3 months later is better than later than that. You don't like it that updates were released in about 3 months after the release date, but you would be okay if they would have been released later. You don't make any sense.

                            The only reason I don't want to use cloud storage is because it's just the same as putting my files on someone else's computer. Portable SSD is also kinda inconvenient if you want iyour external storage to stay on your phone 24/7.
                            I'm neutral about the jack tho. Yeah I prefer wired earphones at home, but at outside, I prefer the wireless one more.
                            Not trying to defend him though, since I'm just stating my opinion that those "ancient" things are still relevant for some people, like me.

Im merely lamenting the fact that it got this way and we can't have something "complete" on day 1. Especially since you pay full price for it when you do.

Usually the updates make the camera better. So I'd rather take the chance of getting my camera improved than stuck with the same (probably not perfect) for 3 years.

                                      Galaxies doesn't have perfect cameras but they are constantly listening to users and offer new functionality.

                                      When buying a Galaxy during Black Week we can trust that the camera and other things are properly optimized. Getting a phone when new is like being a beta tester ;)
