[deleted post]Actually sounds insane wdym? 99% of people dont know what good diet for them is , especially considering your activity during the day, and the oven and food distribution center is bit insane

I can't speak for Huawei, but Xiaomi's battery life is wildly inconsistent. People have even suggested all watches from September were a bad batch that should be returned. Anything google and wear OS will always take a toll on the battery.

The good news is the OnePlus' watch two chip/two OS approach is not proprietary. Hopefully, we will see it on the next galaxy watch and all android watches going forward.

The battery will only be used to run the necessary sensors, so it feels weird if Samsung can't manage to have good battery life on this one.

Considering the Oura Ring does last 5 to 7 days non stop use, Samsung will be around that too, otherwise their product would fail.

I guess it could have a market, although i really dont see it taking off.
It definetely needs better battery than the watch though. I dont see myself taking off my ring every 3 days.
Lets see how it pans out!

its a smurf, 20 Mar 2024So what's the point of the ring if you own a watch? It's meant for people that don't want to wear a watch, don't see the need for it and want something smaller, more stealth and with longer battery life a WearOS watch can provide.

Also, while more niche some people want to track sleep but don't like wearing a watch in bed.

Pretty simple, it is not dor the ones that don't want it or wear a watch 24/7.

Not only do I not personally see any utility to these rings, I can't even see why anyone should buy them.
