Anonymous, 26 Mar 2024When it comes to mobile operating systems around the world,... moreTbh I kinda like close-to-stock AOSP like on Pixel and Sharp. Many people called it "boring" but I call it "simple and no-nonsenses".
And yep, SwitchOS is also great.

I enjoy using SwitchOS on my Switch and Android Pixel on my mobile device. Software from Japanese OEMs like Sharp is also amazing. The bad news is that most Japanese OEMs with Japanese software are never seen outside of Japan.

Except if some vendor decided to remove this feature (without giving any replacement of their own implementation) in their phone, similar to how Samsung remove Screen Recorder and Turn On/Off Camera Access from their OS codebase on their phone running on One UI Core.

The new version is not compatible with Android and the measure is part of Huawei's ambitious plan to strengthen its own software ecosystem. It won't be the Windows you expect but at least it will be an alternative.

But Microsoft keeps adding more feature under the hood, without changing the OS version (technically until now, since Windows 11's NT version is still 10.0).
