For EU citizens updates does not matter much just like with warranty you get 2 years and you are done for. For same case updates 2 years and most people buy new device because they paid for the old one given their entwork carrier bought on contract.
Nobody wants to end with a broken phone without warranty and nobody keeps its device for more than 2 years because its selling value will shrink a lot. In the end you will end up with maye a very updated phone but with very outdated hardware unable to run even most basic apps like facebook, tik tok etc. properly.

Redmi Note 13 Pro has the 3.5mm jack going for it as well as Dolby Vision and a larger sensor! Besides that, CE4 should flank it on all sides.
Realme 12 Pro+ has the camera going for it, it has a telephoto, which a midranger doesn't usually have! Besides that and better IP rating, CE4 flanks it as well!
Poco X6 is an exact clone of the Redmi but it is cheaper but offers 1.5x the RAM and a amazing amount of storage -- 512GB of UFS 4.0! Not much to mention really.
Nothing Phone (2a) uses a specialized version of D7200, the 7200 Pro! Not as fast as the 7 Gen 3 but battery life is worth mentioning, it did roughly 15.5 hours with my configuration. The CE4 lets its guard down in battery life, but besides that, the CE4 flanks it yet again!
CE4 is a good phone but the full review will tell us more.

The honor x9b is better because of its anti drop feature, which is something new

Dex, 07 Apr 2024Who needs this when we have Edge 50 Proedge 50 pro is 360 euro while the CE4 is 280. it's 80 euro cheaper and has expandable storage. only missing is wireless charging and 20w slower charging.

Oversized and no headphone jack = no purchase from me.
I'm done wasting money on phones that are less versatile than the Nokia I had 15 years ago.

elmarcello, 07 Apr 2024I would gladly buy this phone, probably, but it's not ... moreif oneplus were that generous enough to bundle 3.5mm adapters for every buyers i would appreciate it more as infinix. other phone manufacturers rarely give additional accessories other than just the charger. meanwhile samsung and apple don't give charging brick.. it's like you're buying a repackaged used device..

In Europe USA ... more888 and 8G1 is hot garbage. imagine preferring a chip that are prone to overheating and immense battery drain.
no one would take that even for free. it's basically putting
electric stove to your hand. even UK USA Europe knew they suck!! same as exystove 2100 and 2200

But honestly, i would desire something better. Once the modern telephoto cameras have stepped in, and become widely available, i probably could not refuse to have one also. And probably better chipset would also be of certain value: for video recording and a bit of a gaming as well.

I would gladly buy this phone, probably, but it's not available on South Europe yet, and even the price in article is given in ringgits? Lol. 🙃
And theres no telephoto camera as well, and that sd 7g3 is doubtful - no chance to give normal d8300? D 8200 at least? No headphone jack unfortunately.
Thanks for sd card, oneplus. But overall the phone is very decent. ☺️

Could go with nothing 2A but this processor is way much better, moto edge 50 Pro is just 3-5K ahead but with better water resistance, USB3.1 better telephoto and Ultra wide
Can choose this if budget and the software is the topmost priority
