        Probably 8300Ultra for 14T

          k70u will use lpddr5t which is currently the fastest phone ram around
          14t will use dimensity 8300 and the pro will use 9300
          all three will have 120hz 1.5k 8t ltpo oled from tcl, flat display as expected
          as for the camera it will be 15mm, 24mm, and 65mm (2.6x zoom and will be marketed as cropped 75mm 3.2x), however the sensor is still largely unknown
          the charging speed will be likely 120w for all three, though only 14t pro have 50w wireless charging but not the reverse
          the design will looks somewhat similar to 13t but the camera bump is bigger, and it won't have the slope so it's more of a cross between 13t and 14

                It could be using IMX989 from 13 Pro, since 13T is also using IMX707 found in 12 Pro. Or at least 13's IMX800.

Look at last year as an example. The k60 Ultra had much weaker cameras than the Xiaomi 13t pro for example. In China the k70 pro is the top model in the k series and is positioned higher than the ultra/extreme version.
