What about Samsung making their own Exynos 5 chipsets for their high end Galaxy lines like the S4 and the upcoming Note 3 but giving another variant which I think is definitely useless if Samsung knows that their Exynos 5 is strong enough and so that their fans can go along with them and boast everything against their rivals that "hey we got an octa core" but is an epic fail coz Samsung can not even go up against Snapdragon. Now look at what Samsung is doing with their loyalists, they sh*t on them! The Galaxy S4 owners now are being dumped by means of Samsung designing an S4 Active with better design and waterproof when in fact, Samsung should have designed the S4 in the manner Active was designed. Another thing, Samsung will make an S4 with a Snapdragon 800 variant? It could have already been a Galaxy S5! Atleast Sony and other OEMs don't sh*t around! Galaxy S4 has just been around for a little than 4 months I think but the ones who bought it will be sh*t on by Samsung coz they got a much better offer for the same model but with more power underneath that will make the future buyers of the Snapdragon 800 variant look awful too coz they have to keep on telling people that they have the latest version and not the old one, only looks the same with the original and has the same name.

I really like galaxy s2 & the first note design but I think the latest samsung's smartphone design is too "Girly" . It's just not me, I guess.

I owned an S3 and when I sold it due to the screen getting a crack beside the front facing camera, the back of the phone really gets lousy too if you're not gonna put a case to cover it! Okay, you prefer Sammy's design but do not convince us that your Sammy makes better designs coz it is obvious that one of Sammy device owners' frustrations is the UGLY design that they come out with! Huawei even makes much better designs than your Sammy! lol

Sammy should just do better coz this will be released ahead than the Note 3 and I am pretty sure Sammy is now ready to copy some features that they can highlight even if those will just be another gimmick and Sammy will surely look ugly beside Sony, LG, HTC, Motorola, Nokia and even Apple.

I prefer having onscreen buttons coz capacitive or physical buttons make the style outdated. Sony would like to minimize the bezels of this phablet so if there's a physical button or capacitive one then it will surely affect the height of the phone. Only a few people complain about onscreen buttons just like the ones found in Nexus devices and Sony's Xperias Z and ZL.

about me i don't need a survey or reviews or articles i used samsung devices 5 of them back in the days and the best one lived for about 18 months and when it got damaged the service center couldn't fix it this is exactly why i stopped purchasing any of samsung products even the electronics are the same
the samsung fans should just keep quite outside their pages .. u like it then go buy it no one is forcing u to buy something u don't like
i work in the marketing field and yes the bigger the campaign the bigger the sales goes other ways they won't pay us a tons of money for something useless they count for every cent the pay

I don't think I hardly hold my XT and I do enjoy the design of my phone. Honestly , I prefer the screen on SONY over SAMSUNG. Just my own idea!

I keep see alot of persons saying that togari will beat note 3 etc.
But in anyway have you guys have any logical reasoning behind your statement. Samsung phones has always being the best ergonomic wise, they might not be the best design but they are easier to hold than the others.
Although Samsung may have a big marketing budget, i cannot see how a huge marketing budget makes samsung to sell at the time, such a niche product. Something about the product had to be above all the rest.
Sony has some good design, there phones does looks nice, but it has been proved looks are very very subjective, I would prefer a well rounded device, that a device that looks awesome and dont do anything.
The success of the Note series is obviously the amount of features that is built around the S-pen, the Note series are just simply fully feature packed, and until Sony realizes this and does something similar, that 6.4" device wont follow in the Note 3 footsteps.
(my 2cents, this is my opinion others may have different, i speak for no one else, but myself)

All this jealous hate towards Samsung is funny.

Are you guys hoping that Sony phablets to be smaller, more ergonomic and more compact than Samsung Note 2/3 or even LG optimus G Pro? Dream on! You may enjoy staring at the design instead of actually using the device.
