                  Lol, nfc is such a cumbersome system. Here is India and Japan we have much more efficient systems which use QR codes.

                      BigDisplay, 20 Apr 2024Constantly problems with Apple in EU I rly don't under... moreapple is very much welcome in the EU, but walled gardens and monopolising is not, these punishments are not new, literally dozens of companies get hit with antitrust laws for controlling markets, and for some reason apple has avoided them all for 15+ years with the iPhone, these laws are put in place to prevent companies like apple from growing too big, and slowing down competition, this is purely good news for the consumer, those that do not need it dont have to use the functions, but those that do, this is a huge set of steps forward. we also dont take it lying down unlike the americans and canadians

                          Linux works fairly well on apple silicon but ios 18 will be very interesting

                            Constantly problems with Apple in EU I rly don't understand why Apple not should be declared not welcome in EU... But money talks.

                              This all are really good, but way to late. I can imagine that 90% of users (maybe even more) have no idea what this all is and how to take advantage of them buying into apple bs claim: "insecure". Having no idea anyway of how to actually set their devices, they will probaby use them devices as before, apple all in. Besides that they can now buy subscription that are most probably cheapper directly from companies, then from apple crapp-store. This evil company should have been forced a long time ago to do what they did now, and hack, force them to do even more.

                                        This should not only for EU. It's should be worldwide. The only thing I agree with EU is on this matter. NFC on iPhone should be open for everyone.
