but 5 inch would make the battery even smaller. 6.1 is at least ideal.

will it have snapdragon 8 gen series?
if so, this phone is basically perfect for gaming with iem.

Indeed a great idea. Welcome Moondrop.
I hope Google lets this happen, because if I know them, they'll have a problem with this devce merge.

I hope Moondrop are able to achieve hardware decoding, disabled Android 10 onwards.

Seems like you're still stuck in the 80s. Plenty of companies make better portable music players than Sony these days: Astell & Kern, Cayin, iBasso, Fiio, Shanling, Hiby...the list goes on. Apple's iPods were more popular than Sony Walkmans.

My two pairs of headphones for indoor and outdoor usage have outlasted any bluetooth headphones by a very large margin. Can't remember when i first got them. And they only cost $20. And i don't need to worry about charging, they always work indefinitely. No wireless provides such convenience. It will only be a true alternative if they use a completely different type of batteries and TRUE true weireless charging (Contactless, like WiFi). Until then - meh, thanks, but no, thanks.

Just snapped something in me for no reason. Yeah, 32 - 50 ohms are ideal scenarios and can be driven well with almost anything unless they are low sensitive.

Very low impedance are also tricky and require good amp stage because most analog stages have a current cutoff to avoid overheating. Those require good power at lower impedances to be driven well.
