    So let's say a phone supports 100W charging. The phone itself should've give some options like this.
    - 10W/15W (slow charging, useful when you charged overnight, better for battery life)
    - 45W/55W (normal charging, not as fast as 100W, but better if you're not in hurry)
    - 100W (fast charging, useful in a hurry condition, May reduces the battery life faster).

                At least you're getting choices — not forced to use that slow 45W snail charging.

                  120w is still too fast for some people I know,but at least its a lil bit slower

                    i have the infinix zero ultra which has a 180 watt
                    charging speed but i have never turned it on but
                    it still charges from 0 - 100% about 33 - 46 mins
