Anton .el PAPI., 06 May 2024That's not the fault of the manufacturers, that's... moreTrue. Apple does spend money to optimize their games for IOS. So, in 20 effin 24, Genshin is still locked to 60fps to non ios devices unless they resort to hacks/3rd party solutions. And still no native controller support.

And still popular with Android users lmao.

What everyone forgets: ARM's inhouse immortalis / mali GPU architechture isn't really inferior to the competition

[deleted post]It's pure mobile game devs fault. It's COMPETITIVE GAME why there is optimization problem? That is why I am not play FPS/Battle Royals games. Mobile gaming it's sucks because devs it's self especially when people can play better games via emulator/mod app.

Tbh, I find RDNA GPU is nothing special. Just like regular MALI GPU. Instead just use MALI they just make another GPU? Like for what?

With MediaTek reportedly partnering with Nvidia for its GPUs, I think this wasn't a great idea.

Solun1, 06 May 2024AMD itself expressed the partnership is a bit weird because... moreIt was primarily for IP sharing and was never meant to be a permanent deal. Obviously. As the processor is made by and sold by Samsung, not AMD. This was never kept a secret, and other sites reporting this, in the "shocked" tone, has already been made aware of that.

AMD itself expressed the partnership is a bit weird because of the challenges of making mobile processors, but they said yes when Samsung was throwing money at them. It was probably just a marketing thing though, Samsung was designing everything by themselves anyway. People saying this termination is bad just means they believed the marketing.

Good choice, but exynos will still be the unpreffered soc by most of us! Unstable piece of trash components!

Cllassic, 06 May 2024So they learnt everything from AMD and will cough* copy *cough thats what many companies will end up doing with the camera partnerships after a few years

Because on iOS it goes smoothly!! I remember that when I had the iPhone 11 pro max in 2020 the game worked like a bullet, obviously Apple spends money to make the games run well on iOS, something that Google does not do, it only charges for downloads from the store and the license of the the games are in the play store

They had to give it up. This is worse than the SD810 saga

Need Nvidia GPUs to come back to mobile especially seeing as warzone mobile sucks on every single android device including the s24 series.. especially the ones with AMD GPU. It runs smoothly on iPhones although still heats up phones.. Nvidia GPUs were always better than Snapdragon just it wasnt mainstream enough.
