Chipsets are bounds and leaps faster
Displays are OLED but are larger, crisper and more detailed
RAM and storage is getting more powerful and faster.
But I do agree, older phones do last longer.

for about 2-3 times already and my sony z3 battery just
died about a few months ago and i just change hua wei
p30lite battery about 2years and 2months ago and also
i still have an al most 10 more other smart phones now
which could be a time for from time to time for me brow
!

I bet the battery of samsung phone with 45w of "extremely super fast charging" will deteriorate faster than my oneplus 5. Do your research first before put argument

Hmm is this "AI" cloud or local to the device..
If it is cloud, it could collect data on the apps you like to use, and in theory keep track on what apps people like to use.
