Having straps that are able to get air in them and a motor for pumping air into them
These make the watch not beautiful for average users, so a single model (watch D) that offer that thing is enough.
Either you want that feature, or you want a more classy watch.

regs, 07 May 2024Still no blood pressure and actually working NFC payments?(more) Accurate blood pressure needs extra hardware (like what was used in Huawei watch D).
Something like what Samsung gives in it's galaxy watches are more like 'yeah we have this!' but in my experience, even less than an hour after calibration, it was not accurate at all.(My experience was with galaxy watch 4, but that doesn't mean it should be this bad!)
*I didn't have Huawei watch so I really don't know about NFC payment with that or things like that.
