If you want 16GB ram you'll need to pay over $1.5K and that's just for the 11 inch model. Also Samsung Dex works better as a laptop replacement as Apple doesn't have a dedicated mode

What's more interesting is 5G edition for $200-250 more....for such prices you can get a decent midrange phone & use it as personal hotspot with convenience of using as a secondary phone😂😂
There must be some secret high tech entirely unkown to mankind outside Apple headquarters,so that adding just 5G cost them $200...lol

I'm okay with the chip binning, but dislike how it's tied to the giant storage markups. So you first have to pay a 1000% markup for 512GB and then have to pay the extra $400 for a better CPU and a 200% storage/RAM markup.
Also the highest price this can go is insane. I forgot about the premium glass so the price in Europe is actually $3850. In India, this price is more than a Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, a 400+cc 40hp do-anything motorcycle in a country of 100cc scooters.

2. up to 2TB, while Android Tablet mostly stopped at 256gb low spec.
but this iPadPro sales is still low, it should allow MacOS, not just the lower spec iPadOS.

M4 is bottlenecked by iPadOS. Only a select few apps can utilize the ~40 TOPS it offers, like Octane X, NoMad Sculpt (or whatever it's called), Logic and Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Every other app only needs, like an A13 or A14 to operate. M1 itself offers great graphics for games like Genshin Impact, COD Warzone and so on.

1 efficiency core is alright with me. Still a scam to call them the same thing even though it's technically not. Just one core is disabled. If it was 2E cores or 1P core, then that's different.
Crazy how this thing with 1TB is 1600USD. For that money, you can build a PC with a 12/13th gen i7 (13th and 14th gen is pretty unstable) with a 4070 Ti Super or 7900 XT (7900 XTX if found refurbished and under 800).
This iPad does come with graphene and copper plates but they said 20% better cooling than the last generation which, in theory, allows better sustained performance.
I would just buy a PC. If you want a portable PC, then a laptop is better. It has active cooling than just relying on graphene and copper, it has actual software (Windows 11) that can take full advantage of the x86 CPUS and have more powerful/faster RAM (LPDDR vs DDR). Or if you wanna stick with Apple (for whatever reason) then a MacBook but beware of those skyhigh RAM and SSD upgrades.
