NOK6600, 10 May 2024in volume unit sold chart.. why apple is not included there? Its share is not mentioned as it was not in Top-5 in terms of volume. But we can make an educated guess.

In 2023, Apple had 23% revenue share with 6.5% volume share.
In 2022, Apple had 17% revenue share with ~4.7% volume share.

So in 2024 Q1, given a 19% revenue share, volume share should be approximately 5.5%.

Chinese people buys their own national brands that their personal data is exposed to their government. I don't understand why Smartphone users are not keen on privacy leaking risk. Smartphone is open to Smart hacking by spywares during all the time you live.

"" Affordable financing schemes and trade-in offers are also driving the move to pricier tiers. ""
So true, I got a S20 FE last year just by paying $100 (equivalent, paid in my currency) per month for 3 months. Otherwise, I couldn't have bought it so early, or altogether.

Let me tell you the street situation of India, with manual labour joining together and forming unions, their income levels are off the charts even though they look and live simple.
And today, even a basic commercial driver uses S24 Ultra or latest iPhone... Its the truth.

Phones are no way to convey "I'm rich" anymore, at least in India.

EMI is so easy and we dont even have to pay extra intrest on it.
So an average 20k can still afford it while paying 3k every month.
