I sign documents with it.
I make notes on photos and documents.
I use it as a remote shutter.
I use it for editing photo and video to be more precise.
I jot down quick notes and have them turned into text.
I have heard that the S-Pen is great for some games.

I don't draw as I have no skill in that area.

The point is just because some snarky guy on the internet doesn't use (probably never had) the S-pen and comes up with a "clever" insulting name for it, doesn't mean that it is universally useless. MANY people use and love the S-pen.

    Take a look at Techmo's last 10 videos comparing S24 exynos with snapdragon. It's not just a few degrees hotter, or a few hundred points lower on benchmarks. It's 2 hours of battery life less. It's a worse camera experience with worse image quality.

    I've had every single Galaxy device. I like Galaxy phones. But I'm not willing to bend over and let Samsung take advantage of me, charging me the same or even more, for a worse phone, compared to their customers in the US. Not to mention the trade-in deals they get that we just don't. I also can't condone Samsung using the same small sensors for almost half a decade on their non-ultra phones. So this year is my first time owning an iPhone. As I like smaller phones, there's just no better small phone than the 15 pro.

      WhoCaresTM, 10 May 2024Obviously the plus is the winner here, even with an Exynos ... moreAs much as you don't want to accept it, the Soc Exynos 2400 took a leap in quality, I myself needed to buy a new smartphone and where I live, imports were banned with abusive fees and all I had to do was face the Samsung with Exynos, I bought it with great trepidation. At the moment, I have nothing to complain about, I'm just happy with the performance and autonomy, it's excellent.

        Obviously the plus is the winner here, even with an Exynos soc which I despise.
        The stoothpick is useless. If you need an actual Spen go buy their tablet, much more practical and useful.
        The picture and video recording quality are almost the same. There's perhaps a 5% difference in favour of the ultra, but only in low light conditions.
        The missing macro mode on the plus is a bummer, but the 5X telephoto isn't. Never used the far more practical 10x on the S23 Ultra. It's just a straight downgrade on the 24 ultra.
        The exynos soc is a big flaw, but not nearly as big as the ergonomics and weight of the ultra.
        The ultra is a behemoth, both in size and weight. Whenever you bend to tie your shoelaces, or sit down anywhere, you'll have to take that monster outside of your pocket, otherwise it'll gauge your pancreas. It's also impossible to use onehanded as it will bend your pinky and give you carpal tunnel, it's that heavy. The sharper corners also leave marks in your palms, since they really dig in. This year it's even worse than last year, because of the flat back. Horrible horrible horrible ergonomics. If you care about comfort even 1%, buy anything else.

            most country have samsung service center, not that many for oneplus

                If you don't need s pen or professional camera or you don't like boxy huge phone buy S24+ and enjoy. Forget about materials you will use case and screen protector anyway. Mine runs fine.

                  Although if you want a smaller phone the S24+ would be my flagship choice. It's still really good, even with Exynos inside. Maybe a bit overpriced though.
