Makes me very mad that a company with billions of dollars of this caliber do not test their products thoroughly before launching them to sale.
What the he** is quality assurance doing.

Classic. Launch an overpriced and unfinished product and fix it later with promised software updates. Yuck.

The fix is they will remove HDR entirely. The average Joe will not notice it. The same thing happened with the iPhone 15 Pro, the phones were getting hot, then the company downgraded the SOC frequency with a software update, Manufacturers are defrauding customers without knowing. you start off with a good product then end up with a half-cooked product, it's sad.

I mean, I guess you're getting your money's worth with blues that intense on an OLED screen like this.
