Even if they can't openly apologise (af... moreSounds like there are many issues in the F, M & A series, samsung never acknowldeged them openly: mother board issue, charging issue, heating issue, poor network connection issue, AMOLED washed out display issue, speaker issue, mic issue, camera issue, etc....
Only plus point is , they have matched the number of major os updates (4 years) close to Apple.
For the premium price we pay, Samsung should provide atleast 3 years of Hardware warranty.

Even if they can't openly apologise (affects their reputation), they can at least announce a silent replacement scheme, maybe allowing helpless owners to replace their M55 with maybe A55 or older S22 or some Snapdragon enabled similar phone.
Right now, helpless owners are stuck with defective devices, and service center is giving them absurd advices (in India) like:-
1. Sir, please format your phone before use,
2. Keep display brightness low to solve overheating,
3. Clear phone memory before video recording (its a new phone!)

When customers are reporting overheating issue in M55, I am surprised an Android giant has not published the reason for it and the appropriate remedy for it. They should publicly apologize and provide compensation for the affected customers.

It is replica of M55 which has huge problems like battery drain, overheating, lagging, display goes off etc, Samsung trying to bluff customers by changing alphabet in front of model number.

M55 is a failure, its got 2.3 stars on Amazon.
Cheek burning overheating, buggy, video recording causes it to restart and heat.
Now, it has stopped selling in Amazon India.
Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 will be replaced by something else in this phone now?
Obviously, Samsung can't risk this disaster.
