Don't have to carry two devices! AMOLED display, laptop SoC, 16 GB memory etc yet cheaper than 13 inches iPad !

I know Samsung screen issues after 3-4 years of use but I have S24U and iPhone 15 Pro Max. S24U display is the best and has no issues whatsoever in my case!

Samsung never offered a fix for the S24U. All units have it cause they used a new screen type that saves some energy and gets brighter. I bought/exchanged/returned 6 S24U and they all had it. I eventually gave up and went back to my old phone. I talked zo customer support, 1st level and 2nd level, the complaint department, ...... In the end I talked to Samsung on calls about 20 times. They either didn't know about the issue or were trying to act like it's normal and a feature like you said. But in the end I found out that it's just the way the screen is built. The last guy I talked to said he's had multiple people report this and those people either lived with it or returned their phones. I was part of the tlatter group. Samsung lost lots of credibility and respectability for me by doing this. In my opinion the worst decision ever and quality control should've noticed this and made them use a different screen. Last year with the S23U everything was fine.

Same Grainy Issue On 13" iPad.You have to look close to the display, and it happens to all colours.
More serious issue on grey color + low brightness
