hitler, 02 Jul 2013This should be a real stupid phone.. 512 mb ram?? you kiddi... moreWell this mobile works perfect .. .I feel pity for your knowledge and experience about mobile technology.....it plays almost all the games(at average of 50 FPS), Thx to powerVR 544 and 1.2 GHz quad core. And with a little tweaking one can get 200mb of free ram easily...its way better than other mobiles in price range of 8k.

Quad core at 9k is quite good enough but 512 MB ram is disadvantage of the phone.

Firstly, this phone looks amazing. Can't believe it's only for 8999 with the look and specs of the phone. Great that a lot of people can now experience the speed of a Quad core processor without having to shell out their whole salary.

Can't wait to buy this. A Quad core processor phone in just 9k, is pretty good. The phone looks great too.

What a steal at 9k. Great specs by Xolo: 1.2 GHz Quad core processor which I believe will make the phone run super fast, 5MP camera, dual sim capacity and a stunning look. Planning to buy it within this month.

Consumers who get fooled into parting with their cash for such duds impersonating as a good value-for-money bargain, deserve no better.
Major brands have much more to worry about their stock valuation and brand image. Reliability and real performance comes at a price. Wake-up to the sham that is XoLo/Micromax/Lava.
Get an education into what goes behind these devices are trying to throw big spec numbers at a fraction of the cost of the bigger established brands.

                    Quad-core with 512MB Ram?
That's like fitting a wannabe racer engine with the transmission of a Mini-Hatch.
Needless to say..mediocre, cheap product for ignorant easily-fooled masses.

I love that they have a Toyota F1 as their background.

Nothing says state of the art phone like a 2008 F1 car

Only if it had 768MB/1GB RAM (they could have increased the price by $40-$50, wouldn't have mattered) but atleast it would have been a good performer. Bad strategy LAVA.

This phone does not have MT6589M but MT6589WM.
I guess most manufacturers fail to mention it and in India there are very few people like me who actually care about the chipset. This chipset has a lower clocked gpu and only does videos(playback & recording) upto 720p only. It understandably has 512mb ram as it is an entry level droid.
