It may have died in the past. But this is tech age, if it doesn't compete with its competitors, its surely gonna die in iPhone market! In short it should produce updated hardware specs used in this era n not the age old hardware used in the past.

Apple is more popular now than what they ever been, but when you dont release new devices, sells of course cant be as high when you just released the new device.

Wow, when I saw the chart I know Apple is not popular anymore like they used to be. The entire iPhone line (4, 4s, 5) managed to ship just 27 mil in one quarter, it's a huge drop from previous quarter. Samsung can sell 30 mil in 3 months with Galaxy S4 alone.

iPhone 5 is outdated but the price is 500x than its hardware and software, stupid thinking.
Common Notation: "If you want to get rich, buy apple products cause its expensive. But if you want high performance smartphone, buy HTC One, Samsung S4, Xperia Z and the likes."

outdated trash meant for bandwagoners and fanboys. apple said they would never increase their perfect 3.5 screen size and use a operating system like android now they copying everything android and thinking about a larger screen than 4 inches. OF course sales are going down fast, iphones are for little girls and kids.

People shut the f*** up, android is a sh*t free os, it's not optimised for any phones including samsung plastic toys. Hay guess what, iOS and Windows, dual core low clocked processor, no crash, no lag, smooth and fluent, never freezes. What about the free os, huh, quad core, high clocked, so, crash, lag, overheat, freezes, virus, al this sh*t happens, Jelly bean still has app issues. Android manufactorers are putting high spec when android, a 32bit os is designed to run with "android" low specs eg. 1.2 ghz dual core. Compare a s4 with a "android midrange" phone, you just cant imagine how bad s4 lag, not responding, built issue, you name it. Now do not talk about the free os again!

I would hope that the iphone 5 does better, its a 640*1136 screen compared to a 1920*1080 screen. almost 3x more pixels to draw and process.
