nerd, Qualcomm is unchallenged best manufacturer in Mobile chip space... Apple can't rely on them bcoz they make their own chipsets, A series.... also, TSMC manufactures Chipsets for qualcomm... and its not cheap materials in chip manufacturing... its not a samsung phone, its a Snapdragon...

a friend of mine who is a big fan of Apple products and owns Iphone 4 & 5 said the same thing about the note 2 and galaxy s3 n 4 recently bought an S4 .. think he was fascinated from before about these oversized screens but he just kept inside till he coudnt stand it when he saw almost everybody talking about and holding one of them.

This means that Samsungs 7" tablets will have to compete with Sony Xperia Z Ultra. But really neither of the 7" tablet nor the Galaxy Mega 6.4 has specs capable of competing with Z Ultra. So its Nexus-7 2 vs Z Ultra for now.

Qualcomm is one laggy cheap chip Samsung use it to save more money.
Apple never think to build their CPU in Qualcomm because of their cheap material and outdated technology, even now Apple in war with Samsung but they keep building their CPU in Samsung.
