one of the most important feature wp8 is missing, ability to install applications to memory card.......8 gb is too less to install games like real football n asphalt........

everything in wp already manage AUTOMATICALLY by the OS, no need file manager to manage file anymore. Phone OS with file manager is ancient OS. That's just prove that OS can't handle and manage file AUTOMATICALLY.

AnonD-80609, 30 Jul 2013But wp is smooth ryt? :-P roflol..wp8 is very smooth,stable,pleasant,elegant. it is very easy to use even by "very" senior users thanks to the large metro u.i. and big characters in contacts list. gsm signal is very good,earpiece and speaker sounds strong, battery lasts exactly like my previous iphone 4s. beats amplifier did a great job inside this elegant tool. as mobile phone for talking and mp3 player on headphones is one of the best mobiles i ever had. internet drowser is very fast. all is almost perfect,except the problems below

Just get a phone for your needs and save the time of complaining here. Sell off the 8X and get HTC One. I'm using HTC One and it is the best smart phone ever!

Regarding my 5 months experience with Htc 8x i can say loud and clear that wp8 needs URGENT the following functions:
-Task manager menu with applications killer option.
-Information about the dimension and resolution of photos and videos
-Separate volume control in settings menu for talking in the three ways: on earpiece,speaker or headphones and also a separate media volume control for playback music and movies like all android or symbian or series 40 devices have. NOW THE VOLUME CONTROL IS COLLECTIVE FOR ALL FUNCTIONS AND IS VERY ANNOYING !!! you can touch in the pocket the volume buttons and the phone will be set on mute automatically.
-Sms/mms delivery report must recognize the name from the contact list. Now the delivery report display only the phone number with no name. If you send a single message to many names from contacts list, it is a real problem to see who received or not your message.
-If i send a photo from gallery via email (I HAVE GMAIL...), the dimension is reduced from 8 mp to 3 mp. The original size is destroyed. Very annoying too.
-When i make playlists via itunes, the "wp8" sync software on my p.c. do not sync the playlists from itunes with songs wich have russian characters in the titles !!!
-When i receive ".mp4" files via bluetooth, i cannot see them. ON MY P.C. I CAN FIND AND SEE THE FILE, BUT NOT DIRECTLY ON THE PHONE.
-You cannot send directly a file via bluetooth if you do not activate first manually the bluetooth function from main menu.
-You cannot send via bluetooth any files uploaded from p.c. from the first use,if you are a beginner.I must move manually the files copied from p.c in a specific folder, created automatically by the o.s. after the first files were received via bluetooth. So you must first receive a file via bluetooth from somebody, connect the phone to p.c. and see what folder is created by bluetooth transfer. After, all videos and photos from p.c. must be uploaded in that place,anywhere else. OTHERWISE YOU'LL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND THEM VIA BLUETOOTH !!! The photos and videos made with the phone, can be send via bluetooth without any problem, only those uploade from p.c. have this problem.
-main menu must be made to slide not only up and down, but also from left to right and viceversa
-internet pages must be closed directly, not like now:giving back-back-back
