Obama's office considers Samsung did not offer Apple FRAND terms for licensing the infringed patent.

It's Apple that started it in the first place! It's apple that tries this with anyone they can! It's apple that wants a patent for the way their tables line up in their stores! "same as everyone's tables do in a mall!"

    yep, US will resort to Protectionism every time their interest is on the line, while pushing for Open Trade and Globalization for their own benefit.
    how many times have other countries protected their own economic interest versus the dictates of US trading mechanisms?
    anyhow, here's hoping more people see the forest beyond the trees.

            Wow, Apple, you're one to talk considering you were the first one to make a STUPID law suit. Obama should have also vetoed the sales ban on Samsung devices. Looks like the president is also a fanboy. Good thing I dont live in the US

                  Are they seriously joking? Considering Apple has been thrown out of court for the same reason makes them completely ignorant.

                  It's a shame that their Government has to over-ride a courts decision because their country stuffed itself up so badly.
