there is always a leak in every phone before the date of release,now its getting boring and they need to stop doing it because people can now understand there doing it on purpose just to grab consumer attention.

What I was exasperated about is the whole "this phone will fail cos' it hasn't gat removable battery" ...

I suggest u try make the cam 10'8'or 13pixel cos 4utra pixel is a blush for a 5.9 inch phablet

I took pictures with the iPhone 4S and the HTC ONE at the same time of the exact same thing and when I zoomed in, it was clear that the 4s took way better pictures. The HTC ONE camera was not detailed at all.
Looked normal without zooming in.

HTC is keeping their 4MP camera which is just basically for social networking.
To be fair, most people never look at their pictures other than on their phones or to post on Facebook or Instagram. For that, the HTC ONE camera is fine.
If you want to use those pictures for printing or do any sort of photoshop work, then forget it. Better get a Lumia or a Samsung.
These guys who come here and say the HTC ONE camera takes crystal clear pictures are just HTC paid babble mouths that are just saying nonsense when we ALL agree that 4MP is just not enough. It's obvious at the store just taking some test pictures with it that it kind of sucks.

Also, every HTC ONE review also agrees that the camera isn't anywhere near the quality of the GS4 or even the iPhone 5.
4MP is just not enough, no matter how big the pixels are.

It's a fact.
Anyone can verify it by just picking one up. Taking a picture and zooming in.
Actually, you can verify it right here on this website. You can test the camera against other phones.
With only 4MP, the ONE's camera, under normal daylight conditions and indoors, takes blurry pictures. They look fine on the phone but when you zoom in, you can see the details aren't there.
Takes great pictures at night; as you say; because of the huge pixel size. Other than that, the camera is really subpar when compared to the phone 5, GS4 and Lumia cameras.

Everyone is saying its massive but from the photo it looks nice, small bezels. the motorola XT882 is 122mm so this HTC one Max must be around 150mm - 155mm and has a 5.9in 1080p screen, very nice. My note 2 is 155mm with a 5.5in screen. If it has similar battery life to the note 2 and a good camera i'll buy it. I hate the home button on the note and the screen is second rate.

Htc one max has very low memory. htc One X Plus is still the second best phone of htc after htc one.

chill out on the comments will ya. there is no single cellphone that could please everybody or every single person. we all have our different needs & have different tastes in a lot of aspects. just becoz we dont like it doesnt mean we have to give negative comments.

Welldone u guys are doing great i will like u to put all the tricks that sammy dose put on thire phones such as multi tasking multi window pop up play air view air gesture smart stay smart scrool and s pen if possible mobile tv and increase the ram up to 3gig in other to beat the competitors and dont forget to make the battry removable and also top the battry capacity up to 4000 li ~po and subsdize the price too
