The Korean version of LG G2 is memory expandable and can change the battery. Why there is some Korean version which is not memory expandable and can't change the battery, is that possible, i mean in Korean there are 2 types of LG G2?

johnyEnglishF320, 01 Dec 2013hey guys im thinking about getting this G2 fone on the kore... moreI'm trying to find info on this too. I'm getting an O2 sim only deal as it's great value, even if you don't use the 4g. I did some research on 4g and LTE frequencies and the global g2 uses 800/900/1800/2600 MHz but the Korean doesn't seem to use the 800mhz band which guess what, that's what 02 use and ergo so do any of the offspring carriers of 02.
Orange EE will work and maybe 3 I think but not sure what the others are planning to go with. The Korean one looks great but I'd sacrifice the sad and battery if it means 4g ain't gonna work. Makes it a bit stumped for future networks.

I unwittingly bought a Korean model from eBay and the difference in size means that no protection cases available in the UK will fit!
This was as much of a surprise to the seller who insisted that the spec of the G2 was universal.
The only solution was to buy a case from Korea.
Needless to say I am delighted with the phone anyway.

I already got burned with the Intuition. Not having a MicoSD slot is a deal breaker for me.

Like car, Japan & korea always do better for local use & same product that for ecxport use less good. Not like Malaysia for local use is worst than export use!

This is unacceptable. All phones should be like this. International version is bad. Or if you gonna make 2 versions, let them available everywhere, let people choose what to buy. Shame on you LG, doing cra..y things just like H_C does. Great phone, epic fail distribution.

I got my hands on the first working version of this last week... the screen is AMAZING!

There is nothing in the market with such a crisp display, colours are outstanding, and can zoom in on videos and it still stays sharp!

I'm not too keen on the back button but hey, it's something different at least!

Why only Samsung make swap-able battery, SD card support, non-onscreen buttons..... lately???

Wake up LG, Nokia, HTC. SONY...... Wake up. We need real rival to Samsung. We need choice.
Otherwise Samsung will burry you all.
You are not Apple with their faithful zombies, that can buy any shining handicap crap.
