Hurray lol 3 is offering 4g inclusive even to payg without any extra costs or special plans. And they are expanding 4g network quicker than anybody else without shouting about it.

Hi, I work for Vodafone UK, and I can confirm that we have the highest spectrum in 4G in the market
Please check the source below:

Also we have 8 cities to follow the launch of London.
As for the bandwidth difference, we own the strongest signal frequency 800 MGHZ, while EE has 1200.
800 is more like the am frequency, reaches you anywhere while 1200 is more like the fm one and usually is less in quality :)

The O2 tariff starts at £22 (unlimited text/minutes & 1GB data) BUT on top of that is the price of the phone. So, If you choose the Nokia Lumia 925 and you want it for free, it's £22 + £15 for the phone giving you a cost of £37pm. This is on there 'Refresh' tariff. The per month cost does come down the more you pay upfront. So if you want it for £22pm, the upfront cost for the Lumia 925 is a whopping £600!!!

Wow I took my first (and only thus far) trip to London back in 2005. 3G was already rolled out - I remember playing with the SE Z800 in a Vodafone store. Fast forward 8 years and the UK is just getting LTE through the other carriers? I never would've thought the US would pass the UK in that regard, especially given the size of the US vs UK

that is a pretty poor roll out considering the companies have had like 6 months since bidding ended to get their masts upto date with 4G i know that it takes time to update all the towers with new hardware but still, vodafone is a HUGE company with resources to match, i would have expected to see at least 4-6 cities to start with.....lets hope the continued roll out progresses faster then this, looking forward to my three 4G connection, unlimited data and free on my plan of £37 a month, including tethering :-) sweet, my current ultrafast phone often reaches over 25mb speeds
