I applaud LG just for combining two things together:
> 4:3 aspect ratio - excelent for reading books, magazines, spreadsheets, business documents, anything portrait. (Those who dislike the model are ususally landscape content consumers, games and videos)
> Resistive stylus pen for making meeting minutes, notes, short memos, signing documents, handwriting recognition. Again, this is for serious prosumer or business user.
So, great hardware design decision, but I will be afraid will be totally knocked down by poor application quality.
And LG decided to keep it for local market only, how sad. Looks like they burned their fingers on previous models now want to carefully test it only locally.

Since when lg become the best smartphone maker in the world? How many phone they sell? Since when they become number 1? Since when they make a phablet? Who is number 1 and best android maker in the world Only SAMSUNG...just look at the evidence everywhere...

Hello! its true that samsung did not invent stylus but they are the one who popularized it today and they really innovate how you use a stylus because of unique function, how about lg? Just using an ordinary stylus just to call it phablet poor lg they cant even penetrate samsung market...hahaha look at the design its a ripoff of samsung galaxy line...

I like the screen size, true it looks like a Nano iPad but hay the screen is so perfect for navigation, excel sheet work, web browsing and forums.
I love it, thanx for the great CPU :)

To those who say it's ugly 4:3 aspect is the best for tab/phablet.. Try using it and u will appreciate it even more than 16:9 aspect with larger screen..

They're right about reading text though. 4:3 is the best resolution. My next ereader (incidentally a phone).
