9M definitely is the number shipped to distributors around the globe. Just look at how many Apple retailers around your city whether it's 3rd world or not. Now find LG, Nokia or Motorola.
Apple has great supply chain.

So giving the industry the impression 9M sold phones in 3 days isn't accurate. That's how apple is, always trying to impress with bloated words and marketing strategy which doesn't fool everyone.
I don't have a problem with how the pre-orders are handled. Never said that, did I? You seem to have comprehension issues.
And I agree, the numbers are impressive. If it's accurate.
