HTC i am a massive fan, but now i question why. I have been waiting for the arrival of this phone for a while hoping it would give more than the rumoured specs. Instead its fell well short of my expectations and is a massive disappointment. Maybe i should jump ship afterall, i am not paying just for a premium design and feel, when the specs are this bad. GUTTED

Nokia Lumia 1520 will smash this hard. S800 > S600, 1080p AMOLED >= 1080p IPS LCD, 20MP PureView camera >>>>>> 4MP UltraPixel. The only advantage is the design and Android OS.

No S800, no OIS, no Beats Audio, removable back panel but non removable battery, no stylus or any special software for the big screen, the only update here is the expandable storage and the useless fingerprint scanner, I really wonder which fool will go for this phone..

Seriously, this is just literally an oversized HTC One. HTC, watch the Nokia event next week and learn how to release a proper flagship.

Snapdragon 600, no pack of exclusive phablet software features, no increment in the camera which premiered in the first HTC One model, etc...

As much as I like their design quality, fast and clean software and the front-facing speakers HTC is doomed, sadly...

HTC's just lost it with that outdated Snapdragon 600 processor. LG, Sony, Samsung have just released their flagship devices running S800 and next week Nokia will release their own. There is no way this phone can compete with the others.

HTC ONE is a very good phone and put a good fight against S4. Although it couldn't rival galaxy s4 in terms of sales. Personally I could get either one of them and still be happy with it. But there is no way in hell this can take on galaxy note 3. Phablets are a little big for my taste. But I would never consider buying ONE MAX instead of note3. With the exception of BoomSound, Note is better in everything else.

An outdated phone that might have "Cut It" six months ago. No great wonder they are posting losses if this is the best they can manage. So glad I did not delay getting a Note 3 for this joke. They don't really expect serious smart phone buyers to purchase this at the full price of current "tech." phones do they?
