razmou, 22 Oct 2013If i upgrade using Kies, then all softwares got deleted? no.. ur s/w wont be deleted.. but make a backup before u upgrade.. :) all the best.

i think you should use kies for update, my device is updated 4.3 and not much changed...

have updated to 4.3 jellybean the phone is blazing fast no lags in contacts or call log section camera 7 picture & display has become sharp Knox is not of that good a use u can be without it samsung wallet isnt available as well overall the update has improved the handset a lot

I am from India,Ahemdabad.
I got 4.3 update over the air,it was around 658 mb.
but, samsung wallet is not installed.

I am trying to update via kies, however after the download is finished, a message pop out saying i need to log in to administrator account as upgrade is not authorized, even after i run kies as administrator, it still shows the same error, any idea why?
