First of all i am(was) Micromax fan. I bought this Mobile. After one month usage iam posting here my issues Wit this device.
Camera 13Mp very worst.can't even say 5mp worth. it has more pixel but not quality. image size nearly 7 mb but not have quality. Pic color very differ from original. Front cam ok. If you are buying this for camera i am damn sure you will get frustrate.
Battery is also not good, on medium use get lost within 8 hrs.
16Gb internal memory but user access 12.5 Gb. only One Gb for app installation even though have 12 gb internal memory. When i move apps to sdcard i can save some memory but issue is while connected to pc via usb after unplug all apps destroyed which i moved to sdcard. Camera also not working after connected to pc. I need to reboot it.
Sound is normal. Feel like hearing songs in nokia c1-01. No perfect base trible. I have heared songs in Samsung 6k worth mobile. Its better than this. other than this 2 gb ram ok. build quality great. screen also looks nice. no protection like gorilla glass need scratch guard. its ok for this price. but if you want quality camera more space for app installation you need to go some brand device. i feel now i have wasted 15 k better expense yet more 7 k to buy Samsung galaxy s3...

my brother always requested me to bring my phone ..... its amazing featured enough space ... work very fast..... woooow
but my brother's grand 2 always heat when he plug in charge its heat too much

I bought 2 days back Canvas Turbo, since that day its not functioning and getting hang & shut down. I showed to that dealer also, but failed to opened or switch on the phone. I am very surprised to see this kind of smartphone.

2 days before I bought MMX turbo. It was working till yesterday afternoon.Suddely the camera has started to give he trouble "Failed to open Camera". Sometimes its working fine. Not sure whic is causing for this error.
You also can check it out.
Just activate facial unlock. then open your mobile camera. Immediately you lock your keypad. Then try to unlock the keypad. Now the camera should get opened for facial unlock. But it's failing. Try to do everything one by one. Just give one or two seconds between your actions.

The phone has great hardware specs along with some of the new lucrative features like blow to unlock,flip to silent a call or pick it,the i-float..
A valiant effort has been made to incorporate the APPLE style of doing things, the non-removable battery,push to release SIM card slots and a restricted memory suggests so !
Coming to the cons ..the non-removable battery of only 2000mAh along with exclusion of a microSD slot may lead to many people not picking this handset.
A REMEDY would be to utilize the OTG(on the go)USB facilty of the phone...you can buy an otg cable for like 20 bucks from a retailer or from eBAY and mery along connecting your pendrives to address the memory issue :)

This phone is great one but nervious thing is no expandeble memory.available memory is not enough.

I suggest not to buy micromax phones becuz it work properly only for 2 month after that its show many problem the employe of micromax says me that we putt nalla walla part in phone my brother have canvas hd he spend 5000 more in phone within 5 month so inted of this spend on samsung phone and service is worst its 000

Using phone since last 8 days. Very cool phone. Looks quite premium. Many of my friends surprised to see build quality. Its light weight.display is cool. Total FM phone. The proximetry sensor features is awesome package.camera is also very good. Battery is OK.
