Hey hie i too baught an htc one from dubai
And i am using it in India
But every time i check fr Software update it shows no software update for ur phn
I have android 4.2.2 and want to update to 4.3
Plz tell me how to update my device

with android 4.2 my htc one was the apple of my eye, so smooth,so fast. but with the new 4.3 update everything seems to go wrong. its gets lagged so many times even during opening light apps like fruit ninja.hope for a new smoother, better update...

hi frnds, I have htc one international version which i bought from US. I have not got the 4.3 update yet and daily im checking for the update. when contacted the htc customer care, they mailed me ur fone is german manufactured fone and u need to contact them for the update. but mine is internatinal version and i updated it to 4.2 long back thro OTA.
pls help me to update it thro OTA. Thank you

Guys this camera problem is hardware issue. Get ur camera changed... I got mine changed and i m happy now.

royal, 16 Nov 2013same here....please do let me know if you find the solutionJust called Cc to know about the fact. You will be surprised to know their understanding about this zero. The poor lady kept on hold for two minutes and could only say after that update has just begain to roll out and will probably take couple of days to reach u.

Finally updated my HTC ONE to 4.3 jelly bean in India... Camera issue still not resolved :( .. must get the camera replaced from htc service center
