The key of big sale of iphone 5s and 5c is the trade in there old model iphone. Maybe about $300 is to add to get new iphone. So is not suprising this sales.

Sammy has more revenue. Coz the amount of phones (plenty models) they sell and amount of business they have.

these numbers actually take into account the iphone 4, 4s,5,5s and 5c, so while that 33 million is a decent number in reality it is probably more like 25 million, still a very good figure, but it does show that peoples choices are being spoiled with options from apple and all the android superphones, this years sales are slightly down on last year, which in turn where down on the year before, also being shaped by an over saturated market.

People who think that tablets are similar to smartphones in their use case and adoption rate don't understand Apple's approach to the iPad (in my opinion). Apple considers the iPad a "post-PC" device. People don't replace their PCs every year, or even every two or three years. I think adoption of the iPad will be slow and steady and retention will be similarly slow and steady.

Well! The iPhone only sells much faster than the s4 only in the first 3 months while Samsung already sold 40 million galaxy s4 which means in reality more people prefer android over ios
