Most of the Motorola phones will not be updated, even those that still have to be supported, as they were announced less than 18 months ago(e.g. the 18 months product update life-cycle of the device is not reached). With so many smartphone makers nowadays most of the OEMs don't bother to update their devices once they get sold and expect people to buy the new ones if they want to have the latest OS version installed-something that was unthinkable in the past!! However people can check if their Motorola devices will get future updates here:
