elo, 07 Nov 2013Haha you really carry 2 bateries??? Is everything fine with you?Actually, I think he was saying he carries 1 spare battery.

Given that a battery takes up the space of 6-8 business cards I don't think that is a massive issue. For example, if you are on a long haul flight or go camping for a few days a fully charged phone would never be enough. NOTE 3 IS KING!

mine is packed up with 1.5ghz cpu dual core
        1gb of ram
and it's pretty decent for me!

or u may consider rooting ur phone which i really recommend to make it as fluid as possible even with a custom rom from android 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 or higher!!! ;)

Ultrapixels is just a marketing gimmick, if they decide to put some 5 ultrapixel rubbish on this phone you might as well pack up your bags HTC or just fire your development team.

Another thing is to tighten the quality check on the production floor

Well, think about it, windows and apple fully monitor their apps to which they allow on their markets. google is a free for all. All you need is an account and an app, and presto, people can start downloading regardless. Apps on android are far more power hunger (less optimised) than the ones released on itunes or windows market

Htc one is really a beasty phone, winnibg all awards in 2013! Its design is gorgeous, it feels great to hold it, the software is smooth as hell even though its s600 not s800. More then 2 or 3gb of ram is complete nonesense right now because there is no way to fill it all! Keep it up HTC! Hope you will fight your financial problems and produce another great phone.

Nice specs. HTC needs to improve battery life and camera in daylight. And it would really give tough competition to Apple and Samsung.

An ideal android smartphone should have :-

1.4.5 to 5inch display, with thin bezels to maximise screen size. Not more than 5inch,because then it will be difficult to handle for the average person.

2.Atleast 2GB RAM is required for all android phones to work smoothly

                                    3.Need a minimum of 2500maH Li-ion battery backup.

4.Good quality 5-8MP camera(stress on "good quality" as many so called 8MP camera's on anrdoid works like 2MP camera in reality).Front camera also should be good quality even if it's VGA.

5.Should have a microSD card slot for atleast 64 GB.
