Lumia 1520 seems to be a good phone, if this comes to the philippines via a carrier at the same price I might consider getting one.
The only way to compare which is more productive between is to have both android and windows phone, but then again that is only for my kind of lifestyle LOL.

In india we dont have any carrier exclusive or a contract with a carrier we should bought a unlocked device thats why the high end lumias dont get sell well.
And another problem with india is that they will switch to another carrier frequently so that makes carrier exclusive phones difficult.
In future we can see lite att and verizon like carriers in india if it i bet it will sell well mostly out of 1.2 billion population nearly 10 percent can buy this device if it priced 100$ and we indians love to pay in a monthly terms whether its 10 or 15 20 $ its affordable.25 percent of mentioned population can pay it

If America gets excited when their contract worth over $2400 over the course of a year, reduces to $2350, then wow. Just... wow.
These US companies could be offering everything for $0 on contract. And just differentiate the pricing in the monthly fee. With REAL savings. (eg, 50/month, 70/month, 80/month, 90/month options). The way its done here in Australia. None of this ridiculous "$50 off" nonsense, its a drop in the ocean.

iPhone throw 4g phone on market but it was not really 4g network it was name of the hardware 4g with 3G network big lie.. then LTE one yr later then android phones, then one yr. late slow motion then android, then "BIG
SCREEN" 5 s, c, w, t what ever those phones they all the same 4, 4s, 5, 5s,5c, f, d lie again and again and again.. I'm wondering anyone still paying real $$$ for this crap?

Folks that pick it up on contract will after a month or even before that be forced to get a main phone which is most likely an android phone.
It's like this; the 1520 offers nothing more than the 520. It's the same prison style OS where you can't do any serious business computing on it and you will either need your PC from time to time or your Android phone to complete some basic tasks. It's called a clawed system OS, and financially its called a waste
Buy it if you want to see lots of tiles m by it if you want to see those childish colors, don't if you are looking for a business phone or a communicator, Sony Xperia Z Ultra, Galaxy Note 3, HTC One Max are more of productivity and communication tools than that rubbish.
