What I expect from this is to get all specs like 1320 and feature 8mp cam and to feature 5 inch unlike 1320 and slso posses nfc and support to 3 columns of medium sized tiles and some good light snaps like 720 and pricing with same 339 $

Lookup the chart. Lumia 520 is the biggest marketshare.
The best bet would be
Lumia 625 specs + Dual SIM in USD 100 range
Lumia 1320 specs in USD 150 range
it will be mass product and can easily kill Micromax, Karbon, ZTE and other crappy brands altogether
