I too ordered this and got an email confirm from digital river for the us shop blackberry--they have not updated anything and there are no ways to contact they are clearly outsourcing this to call centers in Phillipines--I really think that John Chen need to have his office take customer requests--if your givin them a chance on a good deal (which they should have done for all existing owners) they really need to be able to deal with this--will repost if I ever get this!!!!

When I checked, the blackberry website said it was only for AT&T and T-Mobile. Does unlocked mean for ANY carrier which means Verizon will work?!

Rabbit Foot, 02 Dec 2013Hell, in today's world of spy eat spy, as a corporate you w... moreAgreed. Great non-mainstream device. This Z10 is still a better phone than most. Good quality. Good price. just picked one up. No contract. $200 will last you at least 2 years. The new smartphones at $600 to $800 will last 2 years as well. The Z10 will still get the job done and save you money. I ordered a Z10 today for $199.

Hell, in today's world of spy eat spy, as a corporate you would be mad not to use a BB. You say "not a device without its flaws", I can also pitch the same at all the other brands - however BB remains the most secure of a worse bunch, with Android the most dangerous to use for a corporate. We have to be real about this and stop the bulldust focus on just specs.
