I hope the camera performance is better than the N1 camera performance has been so far. If you are going to base the uniqueness of your phone on a particular feature, you really, really have to deliver on that feature. So far, it doesn't sounds like the N1 camera delivers in a spectacular way, although they are continuing to tweak it, which is good. I'm interested to see some specs for the Oppo R1.

I think specs should be 720p HD 4.5-4.7" IPS screen, quad core snapdragon 600, 12mp cam with nice sensor, 2gig ram and 2500mah li-po battery and have a midrange price 200-300$ ..

Yeah it looks a lot like the Xperia Z and the question is does Sony have a patent on this specific design? If not, anybody can copy this design as much as they want and Sony will have a tough time in court.
Why haven't Oppo learnt from iPhone users, that glass is not an ideal material used for covering a handheld device? Almost every iPhone4/4s owners I kno has a cracked glass back cover.
