There's a point you are all missing here and I am warning you.

At this point, all of Asus padfone models are experiments! there is no single vertical OS upgrade that you'll get. especially for this one. you'll see the successor coming in 4 months with this one thrown dead and stuck on OS version.

I am a padfone2 user and own 12 Asus products but I gave up on Asus mobile. go read forums and communities and realize this.

        Hi,

I have an Asus Fonepad and previously owned a TFT 300 and 200 in Japan. The above concept is great, except for the fact that ASUS doesn't make borderless (infinity screen) phones.

It looks like the front-runner from 2010. And with these processing specs, the ASUS bloatware bundle is going to drag the experience. Better to make it purely Android Kitkat.

I was searching for something like this, but too bad it is only Snapdragon 400 and 7" as for dock. I would get my hands on it ASAP, if it would have Snapdragon 800 and 8" FHD dock. :< Sorry, ASUS.

AnonD-204006, 08 Dec 2013Buy an iPad Mini if you want a 8-inch 4:3. Android is 15:9... moreAcer A1-810 has 4:3 too, and some not-so-known tablets as, Prestigio, Archos, etc. have tablets with 4:3 aspect ratio too. Although, none of them are good for gaming. :

Have the padfone 2. The best smartphone ever!

Two weeks ago upgraded to infinity 2.
The phone is too big :( .

Will definitely buy that one, but definitely would prefer to pay more
for a small size phone with top specs !!!
