As for the ecosystem - the apps may be less, but have way better quality than what you get from the play store.

The OS has ways to go, no one cares about specs when the OS is lagging behind the competition "Android, ios". Their app ecosystem is lagging behind the rest big time, without that they will just crawl along.

Been using 625, and quite happy with it, a bit bigger (not more than 5.5 inchs) and better display would definately pull me in
