AT&T looking to reduce smartphone subsidies

AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson says that the carrier can no longer afford to offer big subsidies on smartphones.

    if tou dont want to upgrade after 24 month you are free to close contract.
    swith to prepair or gophone plan

    you will save 20$ to 60$ per month.
    only stupids will go for this 15$ cut lol

        I buy Smart phones at full retail anyways and pass them down to my family. Shouldn't affect me unless I am broke and desperately need a phone.

              I like it. Telco's subsidizing phones are way of giving eoms assurance of sales. Get rid of it, and force them to sell at a lower price or nothing.
