That pretty much says alot about the demand for your so called superior wp os and nokia phones. The lumia 520 tops the wp market share which is but a tiny spec of the global smartphobe market.

Choosing a name Smarter Than You, I had hoped you would have a LEAST understood the basic of patents.
All that HTC would have need to do was to say hey Nokia can I use this in my phone and not just use it
R&D same as in the medicine market develop a product then sell it under the laws of PATENT protection
IE REWARD those who innovate.
The article now has got Google worried, i.e. ALL ANDRIOD devices may have to cough up
To be clear NOKIA were making smartphones when “Smart” & “phone” were 2 separate words and everybody else was making feature phones
Now smartphones are all the rage HTC and other cannot just pick up works of others and use it
It is NOKIA protecting its intellectual property, just like Apple does, and BTW , Apple pays Nokia licensing fee for every product that uses IOS as IOS has at is core NOKIA patented ideas
The richest mobile phone supplier did NOT create IOS, Apple conceded defeat to Nokia in 2012 after a very long legal battle.
So HTC are free to make phones and use whatever materials etc. Patented ideas are NOT free to be incorporated, if you don't want to pay for it then DON'T use it
So a long time before this reached any court NOKIA spoke to HTC, now either HTC did not agree with Nokia or another reason

Well Nokia Phones are... moreare you having a laugh "Nokia's phones are way better than android and iphones" thats why they needed to be bought out with financial difficulties by Microsoft and 1 phone in tech radars top 10 smartphones and thats the 520 and only because its cheap 8 are android and 1 is iphone oh and which is the number 1 phone thats right the HTC ONE
get your facts straight before making such a bold (and completely incorrect) statement

Nokia with windows phone, and HTC with androit.
I choice androit phone better then windows phone...
I did'n't use both of that brand, but i thing android is better then windows phone.....
