I have this Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) and it does not come out of box with Android KitKat. Of course I purchased it well before this launch on CES. Model SM-P600 on Android 4.3 is what it comes with.

No S-pen, I don't see the use of this Tablet. Same design and buggy TouchWiz.

This should retail for 449$-499$ because it lhas less ram then the note 10.1 and doesn't include S-Pen(ofcourse)

Damn, that tablet looks amazing....CAN'T WAIT!
Only considerable price and this will be selling like HOT CAKES! :O...I really hope they really improved TouchWiz's RAM usage and lag issues....way to go, Samsung!!!! :)
